This stone pavilion extends a Grade II listed Victorian house in Peckham, creating a secluded bedroom suite overlooking the garden, with a sunken bath, sauna and dressing room. A new home office and entrance hall provide level access to the lower-ground-floor kitchen.
Built from natural stone and timber without structural steel or concrete, the pavilion combines a low-carbon structure with high levels of airtightness, acoustic insulation and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
