This project refurbished and extended a locally listed Victorian house within the Tredegar Square Conservation Area.
A glazed side infill extension opens the previously disconnected ground floor into a generous social space connected to the garden. An expressive timber structure, lime plaster and carefully detailed joinery introduce warmth and texture, while stainless steel worktops provide a durable working surface.
Natural, breathable materials were used throughout, with minimal steel and concrete.
